SSri's are indeed mind altering, psychotropic drugs by any definition.
People who experience depression and other mental health disorders have low levels of serotonin. SSRIs work to increase levels of serotonin by blocking the reabsorption of serotonin by the brain and gastrointestinal tract. This makes more serotonin available in the brain, which greatly increases feelings of pleasure and enjoyment. =mind altering.

ALL school shooters were given just enough ssri's to enable them to murder children.
Nobody in their right mind would murder school children. Mind altering drugs such as ssri's have been at the root

SSRIs are given to kids in just about every nation on earth, but only one nation has weekly gun massacres.

therefore we can easily conclude that it's not SSRIs.

I don’t know why this hasn’t come up but the problem is usually that people especially kids don’t take their meds properly. This puts a bipolar patient on quite the roller coaster of chemically driven emotions.

And the meds you refer to are being phased out. It will take time. They make a lot of money on them.

My closest friend is a psychologist and has worked with violent criminals. He will not prescribe sssi’s and patients are being switched to different anxiety meds.

As far as banning guns in America. It is too late. They will always be easy to acquire and always have here. If a kid wants an assault rifle out here they can pretty much break into any random house and find one.

I agree that no one does there job and causes these situations to play out when they can be stopped.

We expect the most seriously mentally ill to go home and take their meds as prescribed.
Interestingly many do not, they dont like the drugs, or want to self medicate etc.
But of course, they are mentally ill right? these drugs were intended for dangerous people not racist

Someone should actually compile (if it has been done already point us to it) the numbers on how many school shootings have been carried out with black market firearms.

*edit* My guess is that many occur as a result of shitty parents not locking up their weapons but these big massacres must occur as a result of legally bought ammo and lots of it.
