Here are some pics of my current grow Banana OG at five weeks. They should finish around 8-9 weeks.

Cheers WBW, the best I could find on the genetics was this "banana Og was made from SAGs 60/40and og kush by orgn kid" I got them at a dispensory in orange county.
It's a good looking/ smelling strain. Definitely can make out some banana in there lol. I'm not so convinced on the potency yet, I did a run with them before but had major troubles during veg, and while the results looked/smelled good, the potency/ trichome development was lacking. I thought I give them another shoot without the vegging problems and see how they do.

What is your info on banana og as it relates to potency if you don't mind me asking?

Interesting name there as well lol. I only saw the movie, and I loved it he he.

35 days flower, I'm reducing temps to 78f from 82f. Let's sugar those things up.

Na, no tricks here. I have a double spaced scrog screen in there to support the 'stretchy' nature of the strain so I don't need dozens of strings to hold up my little colas. They were topped a couple of times early on and vegged for 3 weeks. I can show you a view pics of how they progressed during veg and early flowering if you are interested.
My base nutes are rather low during this grow at EC 0.9 to EC1.4 currently , I could push them a bit harder, but they seem happy so why fuck with them.
The most meaningful thing I have learned over the years I'm doing this is that less is usually better (except for yield ha ha), and the less I fuck with things the better.

One of the top 3 buds i have smoked in my life was an banana og from a shop in LA. This shit was the tastiest bud and very potent the bag appeal was crazy.
