he said that it should be decriminalized but not legalized and that he will explain later. He also said that he will be following this story so it looks like the whole legalize in cali debate will be aired some.

ah this is good news, the media needs to get involved in this legislation happening in california, it is a really big deal.
though there's about a 90% chance the governator is going to veto this bill the second it hits his desk . . . when do we get a new governor again?
