Barneys farm: Blue Cheese

I was not real happy with the end results, I ended up with 21 Z's Photos not worth posting
Will say the Blue Cheese is a Awesome smoke Very nice ! but the yeild is shit and they take for ever in flowering, at 70 days I still had lots of white hairs.

Was that Barney's BC?

I am growing it as well, and I have found that it is a very, very strong plant.
It just grows stronger and especially healthier than my other breeds.

I am still curing some from my last grow, but I had to take my ladies a tad early,
and am more looking forward to the results of the current crop where I am
flowering the mother plants (and so have much more Veg growth to build on)

JD Its ok I did have a 2nd garden going with the same Barneys farms BC and 12 with a 6 week veg and same flowering time gave me 28 ish Z's so it's not as bad as I was thinking, just need to clone out the odd ball plants. It's still a little slow for me and I feel it lacks in yeild but, I will say it's VERY SMOOTH and taste awesome with a nice layed back high... People love it, as I have found out. they will pass over lots of good bud to come and get the Barney Farms BC
I have another crop in flowering now and some more clones. Even with the lower yeild I think Ill stick with it for a bit. I do really love the shortness of the plant and it handles taking off water leafs and some of the others in late flowering very well.< JD I'm sure you know about that, but for others I take a good amount of leafs off in later flowering to help with space and to get more light lower into the plant.

I like to leave fan leaves, but have taken growth....I took three
beautiful fan leaves off of one of my plants because it increased
the light to another plant a great deal. (it was the Somango, and
I want big buds of that one!)

It sounds to me like you did well with a six week veg.

i've grown blue cheese before, massive yields, 2 lbs per 1k light. awesome yield, but not much of a high demand over in my area.

Hmm not sure we are talking about the same strain, must of had a 3 month veg. Anyways It's awesome bud if you grow it right very hard to beat the taste and smootness of the BC 20 % THC 1.3 CBD nice high.

I'm also growing BC(grow in my signature). I didn't have a lot of stretch... But I'm using cfls.

For anyone who has the tropic thunder DVD, listen to the cast commentary, he wasn't lying when he said he don't drop caracter until the DVD commentary.
