i have a closest with a door that lock .do you have any name for a 600 watt cool tube and an inline fan/filter combo. what is cfm? i have red dwarf and green o-matic seed. would it still be a good ideal for outside

go to ebay, type in what your looking for. you dont need an exact name, just type in cool tube hps and a wide range of products will come up. cfm is cubic feet per minute. For the inline fan/filter combo, type in exactly that and it will come up with several on ebay. You can grow any strain you can get a hold of outdoors as long as you have good conditions for growing in your area. Still this time of year, if you think you can get away with it, grow them outdoors. The sun is the best light you can get.

Enough about the setup stuff though, you can do research and find exactly what you need. look up simple closet grow setups. not so hard. i dont mind helping, but this is a grow journal, not Newbie Central, if you go to the forums and look there, the captions says "The best place to learn how to grow marijuana." Thats really the best tip I can get give you. Im not trying to be a dick, Im just trying to refer you to the best area in the forums for you to find the answer to your questions. Or maybe check out indoor growing.

I use Jiffy pellets, that you toss in water and let 'em swell up. Never used those cups cause the pellets work great.

I have seen a lot of success with those pellets. Just have to keep up on them that way they stay moist. Like anything else I suppose.

Im on day 9 I think, this flower power is growing very nicely for me. It has branches starting, and has some odd growth up top which is more interesting than a it is a problem. Well its not a problem at all, I have just never seen a plant do what its doing. You know how the leaves come out across from each other and there is usually one on each side? Well it looks normal on one side with a single leaf, but on the other side it looks like two leaves growing next to each other instead of one. Anyone else seen this before? Im sure it has happened many times, just not to me. I will take pics soon when what Im looking at is more distinguishable. Maybe Im wrong but thats what it looks like at this point.

:joint:Get you a pack of Clear Solo cups, Swell up your jiffy pellet, insert seed, drop swelled pellet into a clear cup, flip another clear cup upside-down and tape it to the top of the upright cup, cut an X in the bottom of the upside down cup. It will hold its moister for 2 or more weeks or until you need to re-pot because roots are sticking out of the pellet.
I use the same tec for clones and so far have been 100% successful.:joint:

How old is you flower power? My soil was a bit wet, I let it dry out. I know what Im doing, but thanks anyway. It was rainy so I couldnt put it outside for the sun tho soak it up, and the cfl it is under when inside just doesnt produce enough heat.

It is about 5days old now i think, YA after I typed that I forgot U mentioned it was rainy, sorry bout that I hate it when people tell me stuff I already know!! I was A little wasted at the time. Yours looks good though man nice growth. Im gonna keep posting pics and stuff on this thread, I'm interested that we started about the same time, We could compare them and stuff for fun.Shit better bring mine In 2 starting 2 rain.

Plants in vegetive state grow symmetrically. When they start to flower they produce asymmetrical growth. My guess is that the auto-flower genes are causing it to grow in this manner at such an early stage.

Yea, you pretty much can. lol. otherwise go buy from a dealer.

Better than letting him spend his $400 dollars on a bunch of stuff and fail.

Its called giving him the easy options first, bright ass. no matter if he can do it or not.

Id go with the indoor grow spend the money and fuck the dealer he's been fucking you. I cant grow outside so your statement doesn't make sense. If I did I would just get seedy shit, there ditchweed all over here, if thats the case then I would just go buy from the dealer, And not waste my time. And who's says he will fail I didn't and I'm sure a lot others aren't.
