No. I watched his video on pot tv though and they were planning on writing in for consideration of the supreme court. You have to apply to the supreme court for your case to be heard and only 3% of those that apply get heard. I believe they are waiting for a response from the supreme court.

I have however done a submission to another country for their medicinal cannabis investigation. I sent in all the health canada application forms and told them what was working and what wasn't working in Canada.
