I was watching a few of Barry Coopers DVD's (YouTube)
and, despite trying to act like he is a world authority all this cannabisical,
he makes some elementary mistakes.

He says that Flouro's are better than HID's because they don't give off heat so you have less chance of being caught
well there's a bit more to it than that, Barry.
At one point he talks about High Pressure Sodium and Mercury Halide lamps.....
Mercury Halide....?
That's a new one on me.
Do you think he meant a Metal Vapour...?

Plus his 'don't get caught' advise is fucking obvious!

Well, really?

Personally I don't think his agenda is about anything more than making himself money
He says he's an advocate for marijuana law reform
He still seems quite proud about how many poor bastards lives he disrupted, when he was a Texas Narcotics Officer,
and 'one of the most successful Narcotic officers in the country....'.

He must be very proud.
I wonder how many decent people he put in cages before he started to develop a conscience?

We all know less than we try to make out. It's human nature. We all have our roles in life to play. You seem really angry and unhappy? You ok?

I agree he's a fraud and a very disreputable individual. He spent years torturing people for using MJ.. then has the brainwave that he can quit his job and sell "insider" information, praying on peoples paranoia and fear to make himself a lot of money. He is scum, imo

Sure theirs more to it than that but he makes a good point, That many people still dont know

Metal / Mercury , the guy is a ex-cop not a pro-indoor gardner give him a break anyone could make such a simple mistack

Dude is going to jail for exposing bad cops, and he changed his life because he had to realize what he was doing was wrong in the department... Have some respect for a man sticking up for your rights... Do you sacrifice your freedom to raise awareness on police corruption? A few things he may have screwed up on, but he helps people like you and me...

In aus the lights we use in factories are called Mercury Halide or Mercury Vapour .

The guy is no freedom fighter.
He's trying to make money
He knows that controversy is the best advertising. And free...
He pushed his luck too far and he's going to the same place he sent HUNDREDS of other people.

I watched 4 different YouTube vids
On one news interview he categorically states that he does not use Marijuana.
On another he says he smokes - but doesn't inhale.
On another clip he's taking a hit from a bong,

All the guy does is act like some Friend to the Smokers so he can try and sell his DVD's
(which contain nothing but the absolutely obvious).

He may be a little slow, has presumably profited off of the videos, but he put the money back in to his show where he busts cops doing unlawful things... Somebody needs to make a spectecile out of themself to get people to see the corruption and wasted tax dollars spent on the drug war... Lot worse people to make a thread about

Yeah, most of what I saw on the vid was the obvious.

I DID like how he showed what FLIR looks on a house with hot air blowing out of a window.

Seeing what it looks like.. seems pretty easy to get around that if you wanted to.

Funny how a lot of people are very quick to forgive. I wonder would you forgive him "trying to pay his bills" If it was you or your family member given life in jail for a few plants that he busted you for using techniques such as lies, deception and threats in order to get into your home and obtain confessions and convictions. He was " paying his bills " just fine as a narc and he realised he could pay them even better as a "reformed cannabis activist" BS. Open your eyes and look at the bigger picture.
