He says he's an advocate for marijuana law reform
He still seems quite proud about how many poor bastards lives he disrupted, when he was a Texas Narcotics Officer,
and 'one of the most successful Narcotic officers in the country....'.

He must be very proud.
I wonder how many decent people he put in cages before he started to develop a conscience?

The dvd is made for the American market, how this can correlate to the UK, is anyones biz. the laws are very different, the dvd is very old now and Barry has moved on to far (worse) shit than assisting newbies to stay outta the prison, I ducked and dodged Barry in and out of the .70s for many years, friends actually persuaded him to swap sides, he also kept organized crime outta cannabis for years in the south,

The bigger picture is greed, not "reform" .He is a wolf in sheep's clothing. And you are so easily fooled. "changed his life" ... yeah.. whatever, he spotted a market and exploited it. Well done to him, but he is still a scumbag. And I would be quite sure that he has made a fortune with this particular niche. A lot of scared growers / wanna be growers out there.

All cops are not pieces of shit. Police are sadly a necessity in every society. Some police officers are bad, as are a percentage of any occupation. Someone has to have a chip on their shoulder, and simply be an asshole and that does not seem to be the sole purview of the police.
