Lol thats why i was wondering i saw ppl with half bars and 30posts so i was like no way this is rep lol

It is rep....if someone who has lots of rep power clicks on your rep button, you get more bars than if someone reps you that has fewer rep points. So one person can give you more bars themselves than if a bunch of people with just a few.

I got it.
My first idea was just that, an idea.
The light bar, is the number of posts you need to reach the next title, and the darker portion is where you are in relation to that.
When your dark gets to the end of the light, your title should change.
