Basement winter temps???

Hey, I'm just wondering how to maintain proper temps in my basement grow during the winter? I've just moved from the main level of my house to the basement (unfinished). I have a 4x4 tent that has been keeping proper temps with the 400W MH, but I want to set up my clone/early veg station outside my tent where the temps are roughly 16-17 C. my setup is in a 7x6 dry walled and partially insulated room with 7 foot ceilings. I have a 240 cfm 6 inch fan as exhaust for my tent vented out the ceiling and my veg/clone area is a double 2' T5, no tent just a humidity dome.

I can run my veg inside the tent up till flower, which is only a week or 2 away... Any ideas?

My basement usually stays around the late 50's early sixties my grow temps usually stay in the late 60's so never any problems there and I also use a 400 w mh/hps if needed I can some times take the cool tube off and still maintain decent temp that's just when it gets ball cold outside that I do that

I'm assuming that tapping into the heating ducts is not an option? Even just a small 4" duct coming off your main ducting would be great, you could restrict the flow with a louver cover.

The heat venting is possible... I thought about it, but I just did the dry walling and insulating so was hoping for an alternative to cutting the wall open. I was considering pulling the fan duct out of my ceiling and moving it over by my veg area, and leaving the ceiling open. Basically heat the room a bit off my lights heat. The ceiling would still be open to let the hot air rise out and there's a double pained window at ceiling height....?

put a small heater with a timer whens the lights are off and set it to desire temp for auto shut off

If your home was built correctly then the basement should maintain the temp of your home within a few degrees. You should also have heat/ac vents down there if you have a full indoor forced air service. Now if you have more of a cellar built 20 plus years back then take some time and at least foam board the walls to maintain temps.
