Hey all you fellow Bass Anglers! I'm curious as to what everyone's favourite bait/lure to use is! Also, what's your setup?

My favourite bait is the 5" Gary Yamamoto Senko Worm in Black with Blue fleck and pair it with a 4/0 Trokar EGW Worm hook.
My setup is a Quantum Smoke PT Series 6'6" Heavy with a Quantum Smoke Baitcasting reel. I use Sufiix Lo-Vis Green 30-40 lb braided line.

That's a heavy rig for a senko!
I prefer the 4" in green pumpkin w/black flake or watermelon w/red flake
15 lb braid on my G-Loomis medium-heavy 6 footer.

Another fantastic lure is the wally diver crankbait, color = sparkle fire tiger.
It's hard to cast, so light line is better. Perfect if you like to troll ridges for afternoon smallmouth bass.
I have caught many different types of fish with this bait. Bass, trout, kokanee, perch, & crappie.
No walleye though, which is what it's made for...

In early spring, I like green pumpkin jigs with a little orange in it. When the water warms up to 53-58 degrees, I like a 1.0 Strike King square bill crank bait in the DB craw color.

A white and chartreuse spinner bait is a staple throughout the year.

Favorite soft plastic is a baby brush hog in watermelon magic.

My favorite fishing rig is a Skeet Reese Revo on a 6'9" Allstar ASR rod. I spool most of my reels up with 12lb Excel monofilament.

I fish a lot of weeds so it's easy to rip em out of there.
I have a few Wally Divers myself and never caught a Walleye on them either lol.

For spinner baits, White and Red work great for me. Only problem is, Pike love them too!

top water anything, buzz bait with a trailer hook, jitterbug, pop-r, soft plastic worm or crawdad(Texas or Carolina rig), provocation baits are good, believe it or not i caught a lot of bass as a kid on the flying lure. However, my all time top three favorite lures, in order:

1. Lil' fishie - a soft bodied minnow shaped jig with a special tail design that kept the body still while the tail flapped. I haven't been fishing in a long time, I'm not sure if they still make these, i read about them in a magazine as a kid, they are also a crappie killer

2. Vibrax by Blue Fox, i caught not only a lot of bass with these but also damn near any species near it, even a couple muddy cats, rooster tail is also a close runner here.

3. Slug go - with a weedless rig you can't beat a slug go in the lilly pads, always fun fightin in the weeds!

The Slug Go is another great Soft plastic. Twitching it gives crazy action!

Those little wally divers catch fish! Seriously.
I've never used a different color, simply because sparkle fire tiger works so well on everything that swims around here. (Never tried it in rivers.)
Hooks are shit so I swap em out first thing. Anything chemically sharpened works better than the stock hooks. (Might have changed, it's been a while since I bought one.)

The Wally Divers that I have are Silver, yellow and red. Never tried the Fire tiger. I may have to purchase that one.
