Bat shit ?

I have bat shit .
Can i use this just the way it is on my girls ?

Last year my friend told me hes got bats in his barn LOL and alot of bat shit.
at the time i knew guano was good but didnt kno so i just had him get me some anyways

Your friend may have bats in his barn, but he probably has more birds than bats. Either way, both types of poop are great sources of nitrogen, and both will burn the crap out of your plants (far too concentrated). If you compost the guano with other sources of organic matter for several months, the nitrogen will dilute and become less toxic. The rule of thumb for vegetable gardens is that horse/cow manure is a great source of nitrogen, but you should till it into the soil in the fall, so that it will not burn your plants in the spring. The same rule applies for other high-nitrogen sources.

Be careful, shit like the Histoplasmosis infections and the like often live in soil where there is a lot of bat shit. Not the most common thing, but nether is collecting your own bat guano. If you chose to deal with, definitely compost it like others have said.

Second that. Unless you know more about what you're doing it's usually a good idea to stay away from backyard garden compost, homegrown bat crap, chicken manure and the like. Typically too hot and all sorts of nasties can show up you don't count on or are prepared to deal with on the fly.

Maybe i should do like a test and till like i usually do but with the guano and throw 2-3 plants in it next season to see what happens
thanks tho it does help, now i wont throw it in all my plants and burn the shit out of them

You can always go to reliable garden and fence. They've really geared themselves for our growing purposes. Then get some tjs

i use guano but i order the 4 pack, i would think there are parasite's and other harmful things in just scooped up guano, they process it...its only 25.00 for a LIFETIME supply you will get 4 diff all purpose and from 3 countrys, it works great but i would only do it this way...
