Judy Her final Days
As I said judy is now in a jar, a dryer, and a pound of canna-butter.
I have not yet weighed the bud but I'm thinking about 1.25 OZ once dried and cured. Kinda hopin for more but the quality
is nice indeed...
The DRYER:
(Not an original idea of mine but with my twist)
I made a dryer from a (wait for it) "Harvest Storage. Large Latching Tote" that I got a Target. I drilled holes in the bottom (25-30 3/8" spaced evenly) and cut a circle hole in the top to fit the vent-pipe elbow From Home Depot. I dovetailed the end of the elbow and attached it to the top of my tote. Set this aside for a minute.
Back to the bottom part. I drilled 4 holes on either side for bamboo rods to slide through and some expanded aluminum I had laying around to make shelves inside. once trimmed place the bud stalks in the shelves and close the lid.
Now I had an old inducer blower laying around and I got some vent pipe fittings (from HD) to size from the 3 inch elbow up to the 4 inch and within that I made a compartment with sheer fabric ends and filled it with activated carbon (from petco's fish tank section) and fired it up.
Now I harvested Judy's top most mature branches to clear room for more light below 11 days ago and the rest Friday night.
Now that the rest of judy is in the dryer her smell is gone from the room. Open the dryer and the skunk is in the room. I am really impressed how well the carbon sucks up the scent of judy.
I'm thinkin next time will be a stealth cabinet grow thanks to what I have learned this time and from all of you on this forum.
Thanks all Here R the pics
