This is one of my kunks. My soil was poor in cal and mag, I made it using EWC and old medium from 6 years ago. Almost no egg shells and there is no mag where I live, neither in the soil or in the water, so there is no mag in the peels used to feed my worms. Right after adding biofert from EWC, noticed the pH felt a lot and these burnings on new branches start to appear. And consider the filtered tap water I was using, my filter was broken so chlorine is also a problem here and took a little to find out... And a little of overwatering too, small pots...
A couple of variables, hope the new water + dolomite works here.

Doubtful that chlorine in the water had any effect. In your last pic, the light green leaf on the bottom right is loaded with little pin prick size spots, that looks like mite or thrip damage, though I don’t see it on any other leaves.

Living soil, mites eats dead matter only. Just beneficial bugs in the system.
Looking to the whole plant one can guess micronutrients deficiency, which is not the case. Worms eats bananas, lettuce, melons, watermelons.
