thats the dog alright, the buds aren't green, they are silver.

i wouldn't be so hard on yourself, i think there are more small pheno's than big ones.

and i'm not telling you what's wrong in YOUR grow room but they look like large pots or the size of plant are you sure they never stayed wet too long, i remember my dogs didn't like to drink a lot, then again in soil you need a larger pot don't you. either way it looks like it will be very nice smoke.

i chopped a blue pit yesterday that was veryy doggish, the densest buds i have seen in a while.
Good word G.

This might be another reason to try true hempys Bass, as it is
harder to keep a plant drenched in one...if not impossible.

P.S. FWIW, in all the discussion, the answer that seemed most applicable
was that low temps had slowed growth.

We just passed the shortest day, and that, along with the cold temps,
have left my vegetable garden appearing to be in stasis.

they look healthy enough to me too.

feel for ya budbro, think we've all been there high as shit and done something daft.

Yeah i wasnt even the one gettin myself high! haha I usually wait til after when im just snappin pictures or shootin video to smoke.

But my friend whos goin through some legal shit has to take piss tests every 2 weeks but he still helps his friends out with bud. So he had just bought 2 zips and gave me a little .3 of each to test out for him to make sure he doesnt get ripped off. So i rolled the first one and it was some nice tang/orange tasting stuff. Nice clear headed and up lifting high. Then about 1/3 of the way through he told me to roll the other one so i could tell the difference and it was some super nice. Probably a diesel or bubba cross cause it had that nice funk to it with the hints of diesel along with a completely different blast to the head high.

So the combo really had me goin and the second blunt was so good i had to finish it. Couldnt let the nasty roach taste set in to most of a blunt of some nice kuh. Plus it was right after i woke up so wake n bake with 2 blunts was a rude awakening hahaha. But a good one for everyone but my plants hahaha.

Thats my downfall. hahaha

It sucks cause when im there for hours workin on stuff or cleanin or settin up shit, i have to take blunts to the head because he cant smoke. But his shits over in a month or 2.

Would any of you guys be able to have a nice sized grow in your house and not smoke??? I wouldnt be able to. haha. Let alone when you got the DOG growin.

He should be done with his piss tests by the time the DOGs harvestin/curin so im gonna make some BHO out of the trim and get him BLASTED! 6+ months of not smoking deserves a good welcome back.

I stopped counting weeks in flower ages ago, I take when it looks done.
i just went perpetual and have not been counting weeks any more as it would be a giant pain now to try and keep up with. bob i hear you i need more veg space so they can root in to the 2 gal grow bags before they go in. great looking girls every one. i will be looking for my beans end of the week on in to the next week. then straight in the dirt.:weed:

I posted this a long time ago, but its a good way to keep track of plant ages. Put the first day of 12/12 in the first row, then find the current date and look at the row # and thats how many days you're at. You can type a single date, then click drag the lower right corner of that cell and pull down to populate the other date fields.

like i said to much of a pain when you have 80 plants or so in flower

You put 80 plants into flower on a different day for each and this sounds like a pain? When I used this, if I had multiple plants Id just use a single date for a specific group. Takes literally 2 seconds to add a plant or group of plants into the spreadsheet.

Running perpetual with plants as close as a week apart and different strains I've found plants younger than others actually further developed. So for me I just liked being able to know how old every plant is exactly. It also helped when to start new seeds/clones by knowing roughly what day a plant or plants were coming out.

I will probably be running it along side of the XXX:leaf:, witch seems to be about 10-11wks,
I'm sure that will be enough to keep me throughly confused throughout the entire grow ;)

I have a growapp on my phone i just put it in that journal. Tells me how many days since it was put in.
Doesnt help me with this dog here. Its on a schedule of its own. Monster could fill 1.2m by 1.2m if i let it. Had to remove 1. and 2. node on one side :/ Flowering good now :)

All my girls are small this round, but they do looks nice at least.

I should have used may more perlite in my mix for these cold temps.

Anyway more knowledge for next time.
I also didnt veg long enough, not close to hat I usually do, and it seems to make a difference as well.

I like the idea of the spreadsheet, I am terribly un-organized.

I used to write it all down on a pad but got lazy or busy lol prob a bit of both.
that is what i did but i am runing to many strains seed plants clones and all and all i will have to make clones all the time and move some in and out all the time so f it when they get done they will be done. i will run my flooded tube room all together as it will be for production when i get it done. just lazy ass that is all

never had mold with the dog, but like you said, the deep blue gets so dense I had a bit of bot on one I grew a while back....
one other positive is the mould resistance of this strain. there was a couple of dodgy looking plants in my crop that had a bad reaction to the lights going out for a week, crispy leavs sticking out of the buds and a bit of slight reveg but i was surprised to see not one single spore, even digging crispy leaves out of the middle of a greasy dense nugget there was nothing.

has anybody ever seen a mouldy dog? i know the deep blue can suffer from botrytis but mixing it with dog has literally made it bulletproof.

Here's a small dog I just harvested and should work my way to some bigger ones sometime today or tomorrow. This one only vegged for 2 weeks after getting roots.007.jpg022.jpg

Here's some dog and blue pit I have vegging. The first shot is before I topped them for their last time and 2nd is after.005.jpg006.jpg
