I have a heater in there and as of yesterday it has ran for only 15 hours total in 2 months. I actually have to suck heat out of there at times. I use my light schedule and booster fans to heat and it works better than I ever hoped. The heat is pretty hot out of 3 600. I did insulate everything real good even the floor. My biggest mistake so far was not putting in a whole shed exhaust to get rid of the extra heat. I didn't think this to be an issue till summer.

After last summer in the shed I would recommend a few things:

-through wall air conditioner
-High CFM extraction fan for top of shed
-Filtered fresh air intakes from the bottom
-Room temp controller

This way you can setup to extract on a timer so you get fresh air into the shed. The A/C can maintain ideal temps when your not cycling in fresh air. Air cooled lights help in the summer too . When it gets cold I just turn off the cooling fan for the lights.

When we buy I will be doing a full on shed myself. My cabinet is in the shed and this year I am working on getting an extraction fan for the shed going. The heat is crazy.

The a/c is all I don't have yet. My room temp controllers, are inline thermostats that control outlets so I can use them exactly liked you mention. I have 5-7 broken a/c I collected and figured I'll fix one up by winter. I just didn't put my roof exhaust in yet thinking it would be fine thru winter till I could shingle the roof and etc..Thanks for the input, highly appreciated, you never know when you'll learn something new or have something pointed out you overlooked.

That smackdabber website has a 14mm quartz for $27! The reducer your looking at was 18mm down to 14mm not 14mm up to 18mm, that's opposite no?
Really, your afraid of postage on an item that will likely ship in a padded envelope?! Methinks it won't be too exorbitant.

my first ever dab was a stainless ladel and a water bottle cut in half to catch the smoke with. i don't know how unhealthy it was but i haven't ever been that high without edibles.

Hell yeah taking dry sift or dry ice hash and hittin it off knives with bottles was the shit! Really good flavor too but you couldnt pack too much or itd all drip off the knife before it vaporized.

Smack dab has 14mm ones too for a few bucks less. Not sure on out of country shipping though. I mainly used that site as a reference. Ive ordered from them but im in the states.

Ive always liked quartz a little bit more than titanium. Harder to heat up for some because it doesnt turn colors like TI does but its all about temp so once you get it in the butter zone youll know it.

And quartz it harder to damage on a molecular level. TI gives up certain bonds to hydrogen and oxygen when heated and cooled so much. They last super long and few people on here or anywhere wear TI nails out, but they do get worn out thats for sure. All the nails you see at cups hooked up to enails for people probably get tossed after the cups because theyve just been heated for 3 days straight hahaha.

And quartz is a crystal so its tougher than glass and has such a tight bond that it gives up alot less over time. But im pretty sure you could still wear anything out with enough heat and cold cycles.
