@The Outdoorsman Boston Sour, eh? had to look that up. Does the egg white give it some body and bit of fizz? 1 egg white per cocktail? People may hate on sour drinks but I love them. I'll have to try this tonite with some Elijah Craig. I like your choice of bourbon;) Woke up with a bit of a headache this am thinking I wasn't going to drink today but fuk it. Nice sunny day in the Midwest finally !!

I'll admit after a few I have rushed separating the yolk and get a bit of yellow in there. At that point I say "fuck it" and take it neat.

Pretty much the only difference

Oh and yeah one egg white per should do. I've only made them a few times. You should try one with like three egg whites and report back. :lol:

EMERGENCY!

Does anyone know ballpark how long to cook a t-bone....oh fuck I don't even want to say it. WELL DONE!!!

Sniff, sniff. I might cry, it's such a nice piece of meat. The houseguest likes well done. Such a pity.

But I'm he brought amazing weed, so I'll oblige. But I cook my steak for 4-6 min, super rare.

What's well done? Like 10? 15?

I work at a BBQ joint. Small business where the owners have won a few awards and have placed in a few invitation only contest.

After eating BBQ for 4 weeks straight all I can say is.... I'd really like some chinese.
