BC Bud Depot (Purple Star)

Anyone had any experience buying from BC Bud Depot? How are the shipping times to the U.S.?

Also, has anyone grown their Purple Star? I think I'm going to go with some of those for outdoor. Looks like they always turn a nice shade of purple during flowering and they say they are easy to grow. Any info on this seed bank and this strain in particular. Thanks.

BC Bud Depot sucks donkey balls. The absolute worst service and your lucky if you get what you order. They send their seeds unlabled in weird plastic casing.

Actually it's sent in a rubber ring that goes inside of a water hose. I ordered God Bud from them last year. I started them late and they didn't get taller than 2 1/2 ft and skinny berfore frost litterally split the stems in half. They were very purple however but you need temps below 50 F to get those colors. Also out of the 12 sent 7 didn't even sprout. I had to get on there forum and tell the situation and then I was promised new seeds. There policy is to not bother them for 5 weeks if you don't get your seeds. I got the replacements exactly 5 weeks later. Funny thing is that they were only sent 5 days prior. Why wait a month to send me new seeds? That is the main reason I will not order from them again. From now on www.sanniesshop.com his genetics are way better (MASSIVE PURPLE if you get the flower temps down) and a lot more afordable and sends shit quick with great freebees!

Well thanks for the info. So the seeds come in some plastic tube/ring?? The people at BCBD have been pretty nice from what my dad tells me. They are helping him out with some seeds, because he is a med patient.

When you said you started them late, how late was it and what part of the world do you live?? Thanks.

i live in central cal & a friend gave me a mango clone from one of their seeds & it performed really well ''the purps from them is supposed to perform well also never ordered from them though

BC seed was the first place I ever bough or order seeds from and frommy experience, they have one of the worst service (ever). They promise the (purple star) seeds would come in (CA) 2-7weeks or something, and after 7weeks I had to call them and they had to Reship it, and had to wait another 2 weeks to get in.
I would never ever order another item from BC Seed Depot, bad bad service.
