Hey,

I just placed this order:
- 20 pack of Feminized Northern Romulan
- Free 10 pack of BC Mix
- Free 10 pack of Purple Skunk
- Free 5 pack of Afghani #5
- Express Shipping

All for a little bit over $100 bucks! Oh, and I get quicker stealth shipping, so only 5-7 buisness days wait.

So far the guy has answered all my questions quickly, and even worked out a sweet deal with me. So far I am impressed, they should arrive around mid/late week next week. I will let you all know how it goes!

lol patience! The one chance I had to go onto RIU it was down so I couldn't reply. This guy screwed me over, didnt send anything and wont reply. I paid with PayPal...doubt I can do much.

So now im screwed for this year and cant grow :(

uhh that mutha fucker!! I knew it I was reading some negative threads on a site he sponsors (g r e e n p a s s i o n) and the next day they were gone. Also two dudes got burned and posted about it on ICmag site those are still there.

So I want people to see this thread so they know DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DICK HEAD. Also, I assume I am screwed but anyway I can get my money back, hes ignoring all my emails now so yea. If I open a PayPal dispute would they close my account as well for buying the seeds?

I'm probably up the creek as well, ordered $100 worth of seeds, a couple of weeks ago, paid by MO, oh well, Karma's a bad motherfucker sometimes...

I have read a lot of bad things about this grower BUT i placed a order in mid feb and got my seeds within two weeks with no problems and with extra seeds


Kinda a shame because I wanted to order a lot more from the site


on a side note out of all the strains I ordered I am only growing one and got one seed to survive out of 5...it a pineapple 99 and is VERY tall over a foot for being less than a month old (another strain/seed started at the same time is only about 8 inches tall and same age). It is very stretchy though...cant wait for the end.


Keep us posted if they happen to show up, I would open a paypal dispute though

That is why I actually chose to trust him. In the emails he sent me BEFORE he screwed me over he seemed very nice and like a good guy. I even sent him a mass payment so he wouldn't lose out on fee's.

I want to open a dispute but PayPal is highly against marijuana related things so I am scared they will close my account as well which CANNOT happen because it is used frequently.

If it over a $100 I would open a dispute but you have to do in in like the first 30-45 days or they AUTOMATICLY close it becuase it is after the time frame


U can always open another paypal account under a wife/girlfriend/ friend or family member

Hi, I usually keep my opinions to myself, as you can see by my # of posted replies. I use paypal, and have for years. I sell on ebay, and buy all kinds of things from all over the place, and occasionally you run into a snag.
Most of paypal's dispute resolution system is automated. If you open a dispute, it just sends an automated email that opens the lines of comunication between the two of you that tells him to check his account for the dispute, and he should deal with it. He'll see it.. and he get's that disputed amount of $ frozen in his paypal account while the duspute is open, which, can bring out a resolution as well.. as that money is now tied up for him as long as he drags his feet on dealing with it.
Just some CYA advice (cover your ass)..
-when you open the dispute, don't mention anything "weed" related in any emails to this guy, (just imagine you bought "ass cream" and don't want people to know about it... say "ass cream" instead of "seeds" in an email and then say to yourself.. "yes, product, or item I purchased" sounds better and hits the point, cause he knows what you bought. Nothing about seeds, just say shit like"my order", "the items I purchased".
If he puts it in an email, don't reply directly to that email, either start a fresh one, or reply to an older one.. Start new ones, so if it ever comes up you can say.. "he may of sent that email.. but I don't know what he's referring to in that email, and did not reply".. and don't reply to any old emails you have from him- as if he didn't save any of them, you have nothing that says what you bought BUT you do have a paypal record of you sending him money for an item you purchased AND you didn't recieve the item you paid for. WHAT you bought has nothing to do with anything- and if asked I personally would tell them

"it has no bearing what the item is, as to whether the terms and conditions of the transaction were met, it does matter that you paid for an item that you did not recieve, like I said, it could be something like "ass cream" that you don't want other people to know about ..so I want a refund." ... or similar.

Another thought to ponder while deciding what to do--- YOU think YOU don't want paypal to know you are buying seeds??.... HE doesn't want paypal to know HE'S SELLING them... just a thought, that, if you need to, may want to remind him of too... they may be interested in forwarding his name and bank account information to the proper authorities if paypal found outabout it.. maybe..I'm just sayin'..
I am not now, nor ever suggesting you rat out anyone by the way!!... What I am saying, is that he most likely won't want paypal to know what the items in question is either, as he has something to lose in that too.

You can also open another one under your name.. just go to the bank and tell them you lost cheques or some shit like that and have them set up your account under a new #.. then register your new account # with a new paypal account.. takes 5 minutes even if you had that to worry about... which, I am sure you won't have to once you put the dispute it.. he isn't dealing with you cause he's feeling safe in your parinoia about them finding out about anything, when he has more to lose, I say use it to your advantage... again, sorry, still in the same mood.. and rollin another just cause... hope things can get worked out for you, but I honestly wouldn't worry about paypal doing anything about it... worst case scenerio..
Paypal isn't going to even open an email from you unless after you file it, he doesn't do anything, and you "escalate" your claim. Again, you can do that too, just don't mention anything "weed related"..just tell the dude you are upset about the transaction and that he has not lived up to his reputation, and shit like that".. if you don't get a response from him and escalate the claim and he hasn't responded in the time limit, and you have emailed him with that type of email.. paypal will 9/10 just refund it to your account... they say that as a seller it's on them to try and work out disputes, and if they don't try, then there is an issue... serious, happened to me over a DVD that got lost in the mail while I was on vacation.
