You seriously think anyone would be able to diagnose a problem with a description like that, first use pictures and secondly you should already be using a preventative to keep pests away, what are you using?

Do you notice them eating your plants? If not, then it could be fine to leave them.

hes not being a prick. you are not being very descriptive and have provided no pictures then are quick to judge.
i would suggest trying again with a picture and a little bit more of an open mind

I've never known beetles to be a problem. Most likely beneficial. Think lady beetle. This is a good book.
