i was thinking temp too high when i seen the thread title but it looks like you have cfl's so may not be the issue.
amber trich's are degrading, cloudy are peak and clear are immature... unless you want amber trich's? also looks like its foxtailing (which happens in high heat i think) but don't take my word for it i'm still new to this

It looks mature to me , the hairs look right, the trichs might not get there.
Idk what to say about when to harvest, but maybe someone will be able to advise .
