Before it's too late

Hello ladies and gentlemen. Ok so noob on deck; I'll take y'all through what i got so far...

1. I'm using soil (dr earth homegrown premium organic soil)
2. I bought a cabinet that was missing a door as a room. (maybe 2x3x1.5)
-the missing side of the box is covered by this cloth.
3. Using 3 26w 1750 lumens 2700k Cfls
4. Box lined in aluminum
5. Had 4 little ones with only the first couple leaves showing, now 3 bc some stupid mistake
6. Lighting has been 18-6 for the past week; thinking of 24/0
7. No thermometer yet but it's warm in there lol
8. No fan in there either.

So basically just wanted to ask anything I should know at this point that you experts wish y'all would have known on your first grow. Plants are about 2 inches tall, one little girl is taller but has a skinny ass stem that went limp yesterday. Gave her a straw to hold her up. Another one had one of the true leaves kinda curling sideways, thought the box was too hot so now I have 2 CFls about 4 inches away from the plants. I'll post pics later if y'all need. Are my plants in the veg state?

foil is going to do more harm than good, use mylar

you need air circulation to help with the temps

18/6 is fine as all livings things on Gods green earth need rest.

yes plants are in the veg stage until the lights are turned so they start to flower and die.

since your in veg you are going to want to change the color temp. of the cfl's to 5500k or more.the red 2700 k spectrum your using will make your girls(hopefully)do more stretching than developing.when you switch to flower youll want to reintroduce the 2700k light because they promote production of the other type of clorophyll mj plants produce during the flower stage.

stay 18\6 and get a fan dont know if you will have enough height in your box 1.5 feet tall is real short my 36 day old is 13 inches and gettin an inch a day now. the cfls your using are 2700k they give off more of a red specturn seen used more for flowering maybe get a 6400k or two other than that keep on growin

Listen to Jesus. Get rid of your foil and get a ventilation system.

Bout to post pics. It's not 1.5 feet tall, it's 3. I put the measurements wrong lol. So take out foil, buy a fan, and get new lights? How many lights? I got two plugged in now bc thought three was too hot. What kind of CFls are best for veggie then? 5.5k ?

5500 works fine,but 6500 is the better choice
