You have to factor in the footprint of the plant. If you are using full spectrum COB LED then I would recommend 20-30 watts per square foot (only for vegetative growth) with the light around 24 inches above the plant at this stage. I would factor in at least a 2x2 growing area, so 4 square feet would require 80W-120W. If you want to be able to grow them out completely indoors then you need 35 or more watts per square foot for COB LED. If you go with cheaper lights with regular old LEDs then you will need more wattage than that.
