Let me know what to do next guys and thank you for the advice.OK thank you very much guys I'll try and do these changes and post new pictures soon!
Never used it but heard good things about the soil. For the future try to leave seedlings be until its time to transplant. Impusle transplants/idea can fuck your crop up. Theres a general rule in growing, LITFA (leave it the fuck alone). You shouls have waited until you were going to transplant into a bigger pot before transplanting them. Youre going tl have to stress them out again once they fill those tiny cups. Make sure to fill pots to top during transplant as wellGot some good soil, black gold soil brand. Hey like this, I also have 4 cuts on each bottle so there's air circulation. It's more for protection from the thunderstorming for the next day or two. Should this help my plants for protection, bringing them inside isn't a option also.If they're small, you could try putting them under some plastic, an overhang, windowsill or putting a cut-off milk jug or something over them when it's supposed to storm
Smart idea but youre going to need something soon to keep em from tipping.Hey like this, I also have 4 cuts on each bottle so there's air circulation. Thank you! Next year I plan to buy seeds online any good websites?Good luck with your grow. It's always scary the first few times. You will make some mistakes, but they call it weed for a reason. It will grow through some rough spots.
In the future, when you start seeds don't use anything smaller than a Solo cup {with drainage holes}. I plant the seeds in soil {pointy end down}, with the cup as full of soil as it will go. It will settle some, but having it full makes it easier to transplant. Also more soil to deal with too much or too little water.
I have to do my total grow outdoors as well. I have found that getting the seedlings in sunshine fast is important. To get around the tipping issue, I sink my cups or pots to ground level when they are in the holding grounds {before I transplant into the patch}. With good draining soil, and plenty of holes in your cups, they will take a goodly amount of rain. But if you feel you must cover them, make sure what you are using is bigger than the cups or pots. It's the amount of water on the roots that will kill sprouts. One of those clear plastic totes makes a good greenhouse. But make sure you prop up one end so the hot air has a way to get out.
I'm gun shy about buying seeds online myself. Though there is a whole section on here that has all the pros and cons of the different companies. Lots of talk there about it.Thank you! Next year I plan to buy seeds online any good websites?
You're a "middler".Midwest so I got limited time and weather to grow
You can also pick up a clear tote with clear lid. But you want to make sure you have big holes for air this time of year. Or you can simply flip the tote over and place it on some bricks or something so you have air flow getting in.If they're small, you could try putting them under some plastic, an overhang, windowsill or putting a cut-off milk jug or something over them when it's supposed to storm
I use Herbies and it goes smoothly every time.Thank you! Next year I plan to buy seeds online any good websites?
Hey anyone know what these things areI use Herbies and it goes smoothly every time.
I'm not sure I follow your question because you quoted me and posted pix. If you are talking about Herbies it's a seed distributor. http://www.herbiesheadshop.com/Hey anyone know what these things are
Black Gold was a soil company started by ganja farmers in the heart of the Wilamette Valley in Oregon. I believe they were bought by Sungro but if I don't have time to mix soil, it's my go to for clones and seedlings. You made a good choice and your plants look fine. Once the weather gets a little bit better and they get in a bigger home they'll clock into over driveGot some good soil, black gold soil brand.
