Beginning leaves turning spotty & yellowish

this is day 18 . Almost week 3 of being a seedling I believe. You can see the bottom leaves turning yellow and drying out ready to just plop off . Is that normal ?! And as you can see (new growth) has a brown outline . Is that bad ? I'm determining if I should pull it and start a new. Ideas please !
