bended my plants today. Is this ok?

just bended those 2 autos and wondering if it is ok or i am too late?

Maybe a bit late but there are still gains to be made from doing what you have.
You can now get your light closer to the whole plant which will help in the long run.

im still uploading pics i got really bad internet. but thx i will have 1-2 question in a while if i manage to upload the pics

on the last pic down side 2 of them got yellow (and one up left corner) a lot they couldnt get nutrients cause of ph my waters ph is like 7.8 .. to the rest that are healthy i used white vinegar to adjust ph to 6.4-6.9. on those 3 i have like 3-4 waterings that i used ph 6 to 6.2 hopeffuly to get soil ph down fast and cut 2-3 leaves that where totaly yellow. one of them on up left corner survived it going green slowly.what do you think? will the rest survive or should i just throw them and grow new ones?(more pics coming)

Are you giving nutes?
What kind of soil?

im giving biobizz pack bio grow bio bloom and top max and the soil its just a typical soil i guess.
