While it would be faster to wet down the oats and under cook the rice....i dont really have to speed thingz up. I figure if the native soil holdz indigenous microbes and fungi that are present in the damp and/or optimal conditions given...they will inoculate/colonize the oats and rice at their own pace...also...i get lazy..this is (perhapz) a easy way to get my populations increased (...random theory
