That's why I bought 3 coolers of the same size when I started.
IF need be, I can lift the lid and plants off the rez and sit it on top of the clean 3rd cooler while I clean it out.
Otherwise, my plants are never moved the entire grow.
I cut a 4" x 4" square from one corner.
I do all my readings, add nute/water and fill/drain (wet/dry shop vac) through that one opening.
Never moving or mothering the plants and roots.
You see my yields.....lol

not quite sure how yet, but i'm incorperating this into my new grow

3.5 cu. ft. chest freezer. It holds approximately 105 lbs. of frozen food plus it has adjustable thermostat control and an easy-access defrost drain.

very nice flow, thanks for the tip, how often do you clean your cooler? also, how do you feel about having just one plant in a cooler like that, do you like having 4?
