I have trying to research the benefits of watering with molasses and havent really come up with a great deal of information. What are the benefits to doing this? When should I start? How often? How much do I use? Thanks for any advice on the subject
I have read some of the higher prices products are simply molasses with a nice looking label calling it things like BIGGER BUDS etc. I use it and can;t wait to taste the flavor minus the salts.
I'm indoors soil under 400W MH 18/6 and currnetly entering week 3 of 12/12 with high pressure sodium (all the reds, yellows)
I have been reading a lot about it and only ran across a few unexperienced people saying they had some leaf discloroization issues; but many of the more season folks say it adds yield (great), flavor enhancer. I imagiine the yellow leaf is just too much watering (#1 error).
I'm entering week 3 and the plants are starting to bud nicely. I had a lot of patiene and let 8 plants veg to about 22 inches before going 12/12
I smoked some stuff that hadn't been washed and my gut feels like a salt factory - I am currently using 1 table per GAL with each watering along with Earth Juice Bloom and a bit of superthrive. I've backed off the Superthrive (hormones)
