Bent Stem during L.S.T Bending, advice on repair please newbie 1st photoperiod grow.

GG mid Week 4 Indoor. No Breakage but I would like to continue the bend if okay before I switch to 12/12. The stem was bending over the Node that caused a fold it seems. I was not going to remove that high of nodes but I decided to clear that bent part. Main question is repair necessary? Can I also continue with L.S.T or so I need to leave it alone and let it grow straight up? I'm a newbie This is my 1st photoperiod I have only grown 3 other plants that were auto so any suggestions will be great thank you.

You can continue to bend it if you like without a problem.
If those are original airpots, they're upside down.
