bent stem of seedling. help!

hi, never really grown outside myself but ive had seedlings like that before and they have been fine, sometimes the shell pod sticks on them for a bit and I think that can weigh them down, I know some people pull them off but I don't (just in case) I notice theres quite high sides on the tub you've got is there enough light getting to it? and whats the soil you got there?

oh yeah i flicked the shell pod off,it was clinging on by virtually nothing. ive noticed the high sides and i will trim it down as soon as possible. not sure what the soil is, i just grabbed it out of my other pots (not cannabis) in the front yard

the reason I say about the soil is because of the bark mulch ive read this:<: incorporating wood/bark chips into a soil can create a nitrogen deficiency due to a carbon-to-nitrogen imbalance, and can interfere with seedbed preparation. It takes ten or more years for chips to decompose in a typical soil. The use of fine chips or sawdust as mulch can tie-up soil nitrogen and can decrease soil oxygen levels.> just pulled that of line for ya id suggest getting some seedling soil and repotting

shit thanks man ill definetly get some better soil. there is some other soil in my front yard that looks so much better

Its fine just leave it alone. Its green and happy just hasnt straightened out yet.
Unless the middle of the taproot is damages which i.cant tell from the pics, in which case theres is a chance itll be ok anyway just gotta bury the white part of the taproot in more soil and make sure it stays moist while it repairs itself.

Thats good just dont pack down the soil around it if you do leave it loose so it can compact on its own.yes thankyou for ur help
