I ordered it once couple of years ago off some UK site. Was not impressed with it at all. I can't speak for the purity or anything but to me it felt "dirty". I wouldn't recommend it, but I only got it that one time. And it's definitely illegal under the Analog Law, but I dunno how much that's enforced for this particular chem.

It didn't stay popular so I assume it wasn't that great. Just good enough to get a positive for MDMA like from Nichols' rats.
