If the vote were today I'd sit home. I have no choice this year unless Gary Johnson gets back in.

I wouldn't be disappointed if Sanders wins out of all of the others though. He's my favorite turd, I just don't ascribe altruism to a politician the way you guys have with the guy.
Why not cast the vote for your choice via mail-in?

Voting Commission just sent me a request I can complete if I'd like to not in person..

At the very least, write in Gary Johnson or you could vote your true conscience that will make a difference..don't waste what men died for.

There is no Gary Johnson this time, if I write in anyone, it will be my brother-in-law, he likes that.

The point I was trying to make was don't make Sanders into something he's not or you will have to spend the next 4-8 years of him doing the same thing as the last guys and trying to spin it like he's not. Look how people justify a Nobel Peace prize winner setting a record for most countries bombed while in office. They shouldn't have to do that, but they tried to sell Obama as a something he wasn't. Obama was held to impossibly high standards to be honest, and the same people are setting themselves up for the same thing with Sanders.

I no longer believe the POTUS runs shit anyway, so I just can't get that excited about the election. The only real concern I have is keeping one party from controlling all 3 branches, neither can handle it. I would think Dems take back the Senate, so I'm just not all that into it this cycle.

If it's not Hillary vs establishment Pub then I will get excited, the smart money says I'm not going to be excited.

Bull shit!

A majority in some poles support legalization. Is it legal?

Anybody in their right mind knows it shouldn't be on Schedule 1 where Nixon had it put.

And corporations have more rights than individuals. The whole politcal system is run on bribery from lobbiests. And the "individual rights" have been eroding faster than a beach in a hurricane.

And the founding fathers spin like lathes in their graves...

Individual rights are a dream. Corporate rights are the in thing now. Fuck the little guy...he's just collateral damage in the way of profits. This isn't the late 1940's or '50's or '60's or' 70's anymore...this is the modern era.

If it was up to me, Bernie Sanders would run against Rand Paul. Not that one guy can change much, but the mainstream candidates all support the status quo.

Individual rights get squashed by big money.

Sas squashed?

This is intended as a firm campaign promise. It won't even go on the agenda. Bernie knows it but wants stoners to vote for him. It's a smart move, but I don't have any illusions that congress will allow it. Nonetheless, it is a boon to his presidential campaign.
