I was going to buy a bud box but now thinking gorilla grow tent.
I know your right about the zipper. Read this everywhere.The biggest part to think about.. I shit you not, is the god damned zipper. Think about how useless that whole tent becomes when the zipper fucks all, and shits out on you?
I chose iPower, because I read many reviews that the zipper is of high quality and I can tell you so far I think the thing will last me years.
Just remember.. saving money now (buying cheap), usually means spending more later (buying right).I know your right about the zipper. Read this everywhere.
So far I’m leaning towards gorilla grow tent but the price is putting me off
I disagree when it comes to the tents I have bought a few off Amazon cheap 100 dollar ones 4x4s and 4x8s they did the job just fine sturdy frames. Make sure you get the ones with push buttons to lock the poles together. I bought a 4x8 gorilla tent off Craigslist and it did the same thing the others did.Just remember.. saving money now (buying cheap), usually means spending more later (buying right).
Do it right the first time
why do you rub soap bar on the zippers?6 or 7 years ago I bought a 4x8 light house tent. I do dwc and I am in and out of the tent every day. No zipper issues. Once a year I rub bar soap on all of the zippers. Truly amazed at the longevity of this tent.
lol.. Im not saying what you think, at all. $100 tents are not the cheapest, by far.. the really cheap ones that are far less than $100, would be a bad buy though, and you can clearly see by their reviews. That is what I mean.. by do it right the first time. The OP was saying, that the price was putting him off.. Im saying screw the price, when it comes to getting something right the first time. Not that you always have to spend a lot of money to do something right.I disagree when it comes to the tents I have bought a few off Amazon cheap 100 dollar ones 4x4s and 4x8s they did the job just fine sturdy frames. Not familiar with most of those but bought a black orchid for a good price few years ago and was very happy. The quality was excellent. Much better than the ones I use who's brand I have no idea, although they were perfectly good enough for me and held up to lots of weight. The black orchid was nicer all round.List of Tents;
