OP: i think you would probably be better off focusing on the right light for your space rather than the best brand. 62" is not a lot of height, that space screams for a bar/strip type light. The lights mentioned all have
high-ish hanging height and/or poor spread (except the chilled bar light)
Personally i never seen a space which i wouldnt diy, it would be easy to figure out a 200w solution based on 2 feet strips which gives you all you need. If you have decent prices aluminium profiles available it can defo be done under 200.

I know im like a broken record with this one but for limited height, and with top line efficiency not being super important since were only talking about 200w then Bridgelux vesta strips are awesome. About 200 diodes in 2 channels for around 10$ at digikey. Cold white and warm white in 90 cri wNhich gives a little bit more well rounded spectrum. With clever wiring you can get 5000k (seedlings or stretch control during transition) 3800k (full cycle with 10% extra light due to using both channels on half power) and 2700k (full flower spectrum). With 8 strips at 25w each your build is around 120$ to digikey for strips and driver. And then op still got 80$ for Alu channel which should be enough unless theres some price goughing.

I feel your pain. Most of the time though, even cheap lights will grow weed but environment has a significant effect.
Having gone through lights for 20 years from hps to blurple to cobs to led, one does see a few differences mostly in the finishing flower stage.
Since I only flower under my main lights, my only input is for plants after 3-4 weeks....I say put all the lights you can afford for 200 bucks but first get your environment in spec...input, output, temp, rh.....
Also GSC is known to stretch and 63" is not enough unless you top or lst severely..... or try an indica.

I'm about to build a veg tent light with a ceiling of light kind of like you stated, I'm planning on putting 10 4ft brindgelux thrive strips in a 2x4 tent... I bought 5000k because I got a good deal on them.... I see you say that spectrum for seedlings and stretch control... is there a reason it wouldn't be a desirable spectrum through all of veg?

It's a sweet spectrum for veg if you want to keep those nodes tight. I use 2 5000k V1's in my 2x4 veg tent. These are untopped and untrained Green Crack in 15 gal pots. It's almost too tight of nodes.

Some get too short and bushy plants with 5000k. Like little balls of leaves with little vertical growth. But the thrive spectrum is quite different from standard 5000k 80cri, much more red and far red so its a different deal. It kinda depends on your genetics aswell, and light intensity and how packed they are. As soon as plant touches plant they tend to stretch more.

Standard advice on veg seems to be 4000k, good all around.
