Don't do it anymore (thank god), had to stop but... Oxycodone + Cannabis takes it for me. But I love opiates sooo.
Xanax + Oxycodone is great.
LSD/shrooms + Nitrous is awesome.
MDMA + LSD is fucking the tits.
Xanax + alcohol is great but really dangerous.
Alcohol + potentiating pills rule of thumb for the risk takers.
Never take a pill after you have been drinking more than one or two beers - ever.
If you insist upon mixing potentiator chemicals with alcohol always begin your drinking half an hour after you have ingested your pill.
This has saved my life on more than one occasion. If I have 3 or 4 drinks in me and take a pill that triples the effect, then I have a problem instantly. If I take the pill first, the worst that can happen is that I pass out before I can drink enough to kill me.
I recall mixing doriden and alcohol (for the younger crowd - doriden was an old hypnotic meant to replace barbiturates - but it was just as dangerous and some say a bit more fun. We found that we could mix them with common codine #3 (or was it 4) and zoom right along. However, mixiing doriden and alcohol to say nothing of doriden, codine and alcohol easily made you dead and lots of people found that out pretty quickly.
However, if you took your doriden and your other pills and then cracked open a beer you could find a knife edge balance. Take one swallow of any beer, put the bottle down and within seconds, pass out. Three or four minutes later you would come too, sometimes with your hand still on the bottle on the table. That little descent into stupor was an exhilarating ride so you do it again - same thing, a few seconds of falling through time and space, eyes open or closed, put the bottle down, pass out for 3 or 4 minutes as the alcohol is metabolized and then back to your doriden tunnel existance. More than a single swallow or two, you were out for exponentially longer and the rush was no more profound than the single swallow, we suspected that an entire bottle would kill us but were probably wrong. I do know that a bottle of coors would last over an hour. Now imagine if someone had opted instead to drink half a six pack of Hamms (the beer refreshing) and then hook down one of those big doriden wafers.
