It appears that you are closest to the Harbor Collective, on Harbor Drive just South of the bridge. I've never been there, I shop at Mankind on Miramar Road, or Torrey Holistics in Sorrento Valley. Also Apothecare in Kearny Mesa has good prices.

I went by harbor collective and they were nice. Later I went to a tiny little place in Vista called Remedy Room and was very impressed. They didn't have a huge amount of stock but the prices were very very good and they let me buy stuff like I was a med patient (which I am not) like 200mg ediblesIt appears that you are closest to the Harbor Collective, on Harbor Drive just South of the bridge.
