best hps for flowering

hey all, i know everyone has different techniques, but i was wondering what would be the best hps for my flowering room, its about 4x4x8. i was planning on a 400w but not totally sure, so if anyone could help/give advice, it would be much appreciated.thanks.

yeah i would do a 400

a 5billion watt one

400w is best over a 3x3 area, 600w is the ideal for a 4x4. (If you can manage the heat.)

hey justin i wasint tryin to be a dick on your thread just make u laugh a little but, hey man if u have the money for a 600 go for that man, cuz maybe after 1 harvest ur gona want to get a bigger one, just go 600 peace.

ha its all good mayne, im sittin here blitzed

but as for goin with a 600, will that consume more electricity than a 400? i live in an apartment(college kid), so im mainly concerened about going over, what do you guys think?

this is my 3.5' x 4' x 7.5' room with a 430 watt hps.

for the price go for the 600, but again consumtion of light & temp control are vital
