Best idea ever for RIU

So I was just sitting there and I got a really good idea. RIU should have a contest every week or every month where users can upload there grow pics and some one will win and they use that photo some where on the homepage for that week or month and it should have the RIU user display name somewhere

Leave feed back on what you think and maybe a "ADMIN" will read this and make it happen.

That is a cool idea the only reservations I have is the mods have a lot to deal with already riu is pretty big it seems....I think that would more than they would want to handle

A picture rating system on RIU?

I want an avatar for my garden. Like mini avatars under my avatar to represent my garden.

I understand people with 120 plants would have too many in their garden avatar, but there could be multiplier or something to compensate for that.

Yeah I can understand that. But every month they just have to pick a photo from some photos people emailed RIU OUNCE A MONTH. Not to much.

The even bigger hurdle is the pictures themselves. EXIF information reatined in pictures taken by modern camera phones and most digital cameras gives away your location. The pictures would have to be edited a bit to remove all location information. Think about it: Pictures show up of massive elaborate grows and the feds don't even have to get a clue: the pictures will give away the location. From there it boils down to reasonable suspicion and busted! As long as all uploaded pics were scrubbed and edited correctly it would be good.
