Best Kind of Pizza ever. Over Easy ;)

Hey Hey,

Just wanted to share a funny story and some photos from tonight :)

After a good smoke I love to experiment in the kitchen. Tonight I decided to sport the Frozen pizza but as always I doctored it up. More Pepperoni and I sliced up a piece of bacon for the top. Rummaged in the fridge for some specialty cheeses and onions to garnish what was soon to be the best pizza ever.

Started cooking it and decided I wanted a crispy top. So up high on the top shelf of the oven she goes.. Top is nice now; Throw it down on the bottom shelf to get crispy.

Pull it out and say wow I dont think that could be any better.

*taps foot*

AH HA! Parmesan Cheese!.

As I run to the fridge i see a lone egg that would not fit when we combined cartons. Decide that if I always burn the roof of my mouth on pizza it must be hot enough to cook an egg...

*smack*

*CRACK*

No go.. Doesnt cook at all.
Well fuck I just wrecked my Za..

Forget it I will just finish cooking the egg.

Throw it back in the oven and the cheese and everything starts to get too crispy. So I fashioned a shield for the rest of my pizza and an opening for the egg. ( See Photos )

And the finished product.. (see photos) Now for sure it is the best pizza I have made in a while. Nice and over easy for dipping purposes.

nice. I clicked on the images first and I thought "what the hell is that egg doing on the pizza?" then i read the story and I thought "hmmm....maybe I should try that...."

When I was in france they had some pretty wierd pizzas, one of them was a pizza with several eggs on top of it just like that, pretty wierd, but it tasted pretty good.

Its worth doing, I have tried it, just cant get the crust to stay firm when I cook the eggs on the pizza. I think its best to just cook the egg then put it on the pizza. But then again the one I had in france had pretty much raw eggs on it... Oh well.

I worked at a pizza shop, and "john" made a breakfast pizza.
Throw the dough, use raw scrambled eggs from the bucket instead of sauce, put on Canadian Bacon, Italian Sausage, Green Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms.
Top with Mozzerella, and bake as a regular pizza shop pie, but it'd be done a bit quicker...

*drools* some of these pizzas are making me hungry. come to think of it i had a great pizza yesterday.

it was nothing special compared to eggs an shit, i did lol at ur pizza thou coz i can imagine u stood in the kitchen like "what the hell can i put on this pizza". mine had chicken an bacon on it and it tasty, perfectly cooked. yum yum

Absolutely you should :) Some might call me crazy but I call it crazy awesome...

You thought a hot pizza would cook an egg, wow, you mustve been pretty high.

I am excited to do some more traveling here soon. Glad you liked it but I am sad that I am not the first to do it :D

You really go all out! I use a Pizza Pizzazz and some olive oil drizzled on top. You can watch it cook and stop it at the exact moment it is perfect. It makes any pizza taste better than the oven. Plus if you have leftover fries or chicken finger you can cook it on the Pizzazz and it will crisp them up perfectly. Every stoner should have the Pizzazz!!!
