With LED only I've not even used sunglases. Simply don't look in the undimmed LED's, bro! But since I've added two strong Agromax UVB bulbs I wear sunglases when the bulbs are on. Without its enough do dimm the light down to visit the room for inspections. At full brightness the colors falsify anyway and everything looks much brighter than in daylight. So you have to dimm it down anyway .. With the time you will get a feeling for that and you recognize issues even at full brightness.
