i have respect for mars. as someone whose first grow was with a mars, they hold a special place in my heart.

their new light SP series surprised shane from migro in his youtube video, 1.8 umols, beating out spectrum king flagship light as well as the nextlight MEGA. and really almost competing with a lot of the heavy hitters.

1.8 umols for ready to hang at close to $1 per watt. white LED + supplemental red. meanwell drivers.
its clear to me that Mars is reading this forum. They have changed a lot. Some people haven't noticed yet but others are taking notice.

i'm not gonna buy one any time soon but honestly its just good to see how much theyre improving.

I think I'm gonna go with the 275 watt qb kit knockoff for 250$ says it go together really easily and includes everything I'll need. I like that it comes with the heat sinks. And it should provide the exact coverage I'll need.

I like the mars hydro lights but they come to the same price using what seems be be lower quality LEDs and I'm not sure if theres even a real heat sink.
