Thank you for your response. Size really doesn't matter..i can arrange any size as i haven't purchased wardrobe yet. I want to grow 3 auto flowering with a maximum of $300 value LED or COB stuff. All i want is 2 - 2.5 ounce per plant (if i can get 30 -40 grams per month thats all i want per plant)Cobshopnet
You never told us what size space you're running
Don't you normally need some 18/6 time on new clones too, before switching to 12/12?You can clone photos though. Then you can pretty much flower all the time
You can clone in a separate area, so you never have to use time under your main flowering light for vegging. You can also get way more consistency. It’s hard to ever really ‘dial in’ a strain when growing from seed. Not to mention the constant need to procure more seeds.Don't you normally need some 18/6 time on new clones too, before switching to 12/12?
I mean, you can run photos 12/12 from the start if you want, but you can do the same with autos too. Yield won't be so good on either, as far as I know, but it can be done. Cloning could be the only "plus point" over autos if that's the way you're doing things.
But I've seen enough here and elsewhere to know that Groot is talking shit.
And that's where autos have the advantage for those who don't have or want two separate areas, those who just want a couple of plants can "stagger" the grows under the one light in a single space. It all depends on personal needs, and getting a hold of seeds is not an issue to most, I could go online now and have, as an example, 10 seeds delivered tomorrow for under €40/$50.You can clone in a separate area, so you never have to use time under your main flowering light for vegging. You can easily flower 3 plants under that-now go and grow some dank!*Quantum board 260W
Meh. There are advantages of growing autos indoors. You can run perpetual with one grow area being the main one. Autos get pretty big now as well.Just my two cents, autoflowers indoor is a waste of energy. Complete growcycle 18/6. Growing feminised requires only 18/6 during growing and switch to 12/12 when flowering is wanted.
I built my my cob led <300$ and led strips nowadays are even cheaper en more efficiënt. Google ledgardner for examples.
300 bucks will be tight. If you don't mind diy then you will have more options.Hello Guys ,
I am looking light setup. As titled said i prefer LED setup.
I am reading and reading whole light setups like COBs ..LEDs ..CFL and finally got to learn COB are the best and still need some knowledge. I am unable to use HIDs as its too much electricity.
I am planning to grow 3 auto flower plants at a time. Can anyone suggest fail proof light setup under $300.
Would like mars hydro...Viparspectra...but seen lot of bad reviews as well. (also noticed mainly advertised greedy affiliate marketers to get their amazon commission
Help me guys! Anyone can suggest plug and play setup for 3 plants (autoflower)
You can also make some cs and make all the fem seeds you need. And that's where autos have the advantage for those who don't have or want two separate areas, those who just want a couple of plants can "stagger" the grows under the one light in a single space. Sure, that's a cost to be added to the costs of electricity but, as I say, it all depends on what the individual wants as not everyone can or wants to have little plantations with a dozen plants and given what others, here and elsewhere, have achieved with autos I stand by what I say about Groot's comment.
I bet that'll work good for ya, I was gonna say a 315w CMH for a 3x3 space. Woulda been a bit over at $350 for a decent setup, but woulda delivered at a reasonable wattage. Guys rollin with quantum boards and COBS are doing great stuff though a low watts and easy to control environments. Finally i purchased Euantem board 260W from HGL. It's pre-assembled. Thanks everyone who helping to choose this. I hope its a wise choice and will work with my dream

I think the ones who hate on autos are because they're used to growing seeded 60 day Bobby Brown shit that sells for $70 an ounce on the east side. Autos might have been bad years ago when new, but so many top notch strains now that produce 4+ oz. Grow up and just let others do whays best for them rather than trash something you cant get to work for you.
