Best Light Spectrum

yes i know that 4000-7000 is bluish and that 3000 and under is red. Ive read the growFAQS. but does anyone know the exact specific color temp that grow rate peaks at? I saw it on a chart once but i cant find that chart again.


ask for specific because i find halide bulds with all different color temps ranging between 4000 and 7200 and i wanna know what temp is best.

full spectrum is what to ask for. as for temps no higher than 80 degrees and no lower than 70.
