best light to flower one plant?

i have one plant, its in a 15gal home depot bucket under 1 set of 2 for foot tubes, and two 42 watt cfls, i know this is not enought to flower, i would like the cheapest light to flower that i will not be disapionted, any idea? money is tight right now its in a small closet, about 5 foot deep 6 feet high 3 feet wide

define tight...you wanna get 2700k spectrum lights that's the cheapest you are gonna be able to get by with, CLF's.

i've seen great plants grown with CFLs. quite a few on this site.

myself, i'm under equipped; i'm using 3 x 2700k 23w and 1 x 6500k 26w CFLs for two plants 45 days into flowering and one that is 20 days into veg.
i'm not going to get the best i can(like i said, under equipped.), but i'm certainly happy for my first grow.

the main thing is to get 2700k for flowering. 6500k for veg.

ya...go buy like 2 packs of 4 soft white cfl's...get extendable socket splitters, and put them all to use. extend them down the sides of the plant, and keep a few above her...thats how you get really good yeilds with cfl's...you use alot of them, and surround the plants.

Thats because it is a Magnetic ballest as must have for the CMH bulb.

ah...i see...hell if it works, and gets the job done...then i wont be complaining...ive looked on the site a few times, and ya there stuff is cheap...just the ballasts threw me off a bit...i may have to reconsider...i love the digi 400w ballast though, i can buy and throw in a 400w halide anytime i want, and then return to my 400w hps...same ballast. got it on ebay for 134.00 at the time.
