Best light to use for flowering?

your best bet is to go with a 75 watt hps security light there about 70 bucks at lowes or you use a fluoroscent lights. The highest watt you can get.

70w is nothing, like two light bulbs. My computer is running on 200w fe.
And hps beats cfl´s any day of the week IMO

Lol for one plant? And also I think the 600w HPS gives you the most lumens per W.

The cheapest good setup I've seen are the T5's...HTG Supply has the 22", blue spectrum with reflector & hanger for about $60.00...and the red bulbs are about $20.00....with that you have veg & flower, plus they are VERY low heat, you can touch it. If you just get the red (flower) bulb set, you're looking at about $30.00.

yeah I always heard that the 600 watters give you a better lumen to watt ratio as well, but not sure

yea dude why not i had a situation where i almost had to use my 1000 watter on just one plant and i know lotta rookies always ask about the whole 'pound per plant' thing but with 1 plant and 1000 watts it might be possible if grown properly

yea dude bump it up to 600 or 1000 watter when u start the flowering period and she will thanks u with some buds fatter then the 400 pound women u get

if you're in the us, e-conolight do a 150w hps security floodlight for 40$ or something. easy to remote ballast and cheap to run. probably sell in walmart as well.
if you're in the uk, have a look in some diy shops, but most i went in only had halogen floodlights. i ended up getting my 70w hps's off of screwfix

i have it under a 27 watt sunlight lamp from sunlight lamps of america and shes doing really good i just topped her 11 sets of leaves all 7 fingers and all teh stems are crystally, shes showing signs of sex with little purpleish white hairs growing should i add a 100 watt cfl bulb on it too?
