best lights to use when starting from seed?

hps lights of course they range from 150 to 1000 watt

what i tend to do is obviously get the seeds germinated and into rockwool cubes (its best to germinate before placing into the rockwool cubes imo) then all i do is place them in a propagator and try and keep the humidty at around 80 - 90 per cent and the temp around 70 - 75.....
Soon as they touch surface and there seed leaves appear i place them under a flurocent tube until there true leaves appear then they go into the grow room for veg!
