Same exact nutes I use now.. just don't think they push a plant to its full potentialMan I have been using Genl Hydroponics Grow and Bloom and the Bloom (Flora Nova) is about 4-8-7 which is weak.

I used the ff trio and ran into calmag issues, so I'd say it is. Didn't supplement back then cause I thought the line had enough in it, obviously not. LolIs it because you are using fox farm that you need the cal mag? Or is it because of the water that you use??
Do you add in any supplements or just those two? One during veg, the other for flower.Maxi grow-Maxi Bloom....27 bucks for 2 bottles powderView attachment 3760371
Nice. I can't say I haven't ran the good old mg in the past. Lol ran into issues with nute burn, mainly because I was mixing in larger containers 55gln drums to be exact to feed my garden. I guess it ended up being to hot for the mj. That's when I decided to go with something more cannabis friendly.Always used a combination of general purpose and tomato Miracle Grow. Never had a problem. My current little White Widow is moving along just fine.
Most folks make the mistake of following the outdoor mixture levels and use the large tablespoon per gallon. That will burn them up every single time. You use the indoor guide and smaller spoon per gallon and you'll never have an issue.Nice. I can't say I haven't ran the good old mg in the past. And that's exactly what I believe I did. You ever run into any calmag issues? These strains I have going now have been a down right pain in the ass.. started off in veg with a slight calmag, now their in week 6 of flower and eating calmag like mother's milk!! Only two though, the Lemon OG Kush, and Grape Kush..Most folks make the mistake of following the outdoor mixture levels and use the large tablespoon per gallon. Never had that problem. I use another cheap alternative from the beginning: A 5 dollar bag of Lime from Home Depot: http://www.homedepot.com/p/Espoma-6-75-lb-Garden-Lime-100508617/203192761You ever run into any calmag issues? You can either mix it with the soil when you plant or mix it with water and water it in later. Either way.
CalMag was made more for hydroponics growers. Lime is what you use in soil. You use the lime, you'll never again have a need for the CalMag. You can't really have any decent soil crop of any kind without a bit of lime added.Cool, thnx for the info.. just getting tired of purchasing calmag at 20+ a bottle.
Will do.. I'm going to purchase a bag of soil today. How much lime would you recommend to add?CalMag was made more for hydroponics growers. Lime is what you use in soil. Cool, I'm going to just mix it directly into the bag. I'm thinking along side of bone meal, cotton seed, kelp, and a excelerite for added micros. If you're in pots, 2-4 table spoons per plant unless it's a really big pot. I grow in 3 gallon containers on current grow and I put in 4. I just add it with the soil and perlite in my wheelbarrow, mix it up really good and then into the pot it goes. Water it down with RO water to settle it, top it off, then it's ready to go.
2 weeks later. Grow is in my sig.Been using Jack's Tomato feed this grow and it's doing fine. Just flipped to flower and will add bloom booster soon.

They have 2 hydro formulas, I always tell hydro growers to check out DynaGroFinally. I found someone that is using Jacks. Ok, can it be used with hydro? I had planned on running a few soil, and a few dro. I'm currently running soil and about finshed up, just wanted to know if Jacks was good for hydro. Also, would you recommend adding in calmag along side of Jacks? Do you run it all the way through flowering, or so you switch from the all purpose line to the bloom? Sorry to bombard you with all the questions, just hadn't seen many using Jacks. Thanks for any insight in advance
