Best nute for Dj shorts gear.

I have 10 dj short grape krush beans and are going to pop them once I get my 4 clones in bloom. I have clones of 818 headband, critical kusk, power kush, and I think cheese or green crack. Got them from a buddy who doesn't label his stuff. I'm running a dyna gro recipe on those girls. I know djs gear is pretty sensitive to heavy feedings and nutes like dyna so I was wondering if any you guys or gals would recommend a nute line, I was thinking possibly the lucas formula or botanicare. I'm in promix by the way. Thanks-Ds

I'm kinda big on the Dyna line myself. I can't imagine, if you start introducing slowly with something like Foliage Pro, that you would have problems. I can understand your being careful with Shorts stuff. They're too expensive for me to buy.
I've run Green Crack and its a great one.

I like DYNAGRO foliage pro . For me I " start " them with a LIGHT soil mix like FF LIGHT WARRIOR , then for the first weeks I " foliar spray " Foliage Pro to keep Overfeeding to a minimum. This is a super easy way to start plants into feeding before starting too hard.

ALL of DYNAGRO products ( even PROTEKT ) can be foliar sprayed. These are great nutes that don't require Multi bottle mixes.

I saw on the dyna gro recipe thread that this dude's grape krush plant did not like the dyna and suffered yield and plant aesthetics, they seemed to ultra sensitive to dyna. If I were to run dyna I'd probably run the 50/50 grow n bloom together in flower like homebrewer recommends, since dyna bloom is high in p. I'm leaning towards botanicare though I've had good results with that line and its better safe than sorry.
There is a very interesting read if you google dyna gro recipe on icmag. Very informative...it is why I'm giving dyna a whirl.

I've found my best results in dirt using Down To Earth Pro Organic mix amended with high nitrogen bat guano, worm castings and dio tenacious earth and watering with a compost tea of high nitrogen bat guano in veg and high phosphorus bat guano and liquid bone meal in flower. I also use supplemental compounds like thrive alive B1 and liquid sea weed emulsion and have additionally began supplementing with a line called Age Old Organics, both in veg and flower. I like it, it's gentle, works and is cheap.

I amend approximately 3/4 cup of bat guano (9-3-1), and approximately 3/4 cup of worm castings per/ 2.5 cubic feet of soil. I also amend approximately 2-3 cups of dio tenacious earth and lots of extra perlite. My best results have been using a compost tea consisting of guano. High nitrogen (9-3-1) through veg and then switching to high phosphorus guano in flower (0-7-0) supplemented with liquid bone meal, seaweed emulsion and thrive alive B1. I only use the Age Old Organics when I don't have time or energy to make tea, which is often.

I popping the grape krush beans today, think I might go with age old organics line...I don't have the space to make tea n shit so I have to keep it simple. Might run dyna fp and protect on a few straight through veg and bloom. I'll journal the grow for you guys. Was thinking of going back to botanicare but their prices are redonk around here

1st of i like dj short,he is very good at what he does breeding good genetics ,but i have got to say i do not think he has got the best blue berry out there no way.nice dude though it aint gone to his head like some one else i know, tga,

I have only ever used advanced nutrients with dj shorts stuff, but im not saying others will not do well because they prob will its just what i was useing then, don't use something different just because its dj short use what you know dude this way you are working with something you know how to use.

The reason i say that about, tga is for the reason i watched a thing on you tube other day,and the prat filming was dissing greenhouse seeds, you can't do that.Arjon was one of the main breeder's back from the old day's he is another one that its gone to his head, but you can not put him down,
nevilles haze
white widow
lemon haze
super silver haze
The best cheese on the seed market there exodus cheese, nothing like the real uk cheese but very good andh has near has you are gonna get.

You have gone for a really nice line up though so keep us up dated good luck tyke

lol....forgot all about this thread. Sorry to leave anyone hanging. I did find a keeper, #19. And it turned out nice. She was pollinated with our f4 boy and seeds are currently just entering the research and development phase. I'll upload pics of the #19 eventually. There's pic of the #19 and some of the research and development floating around other places on the internets.
