I did notice that I had some pistil burn when I've used the 0-11-0 Seabird Guano. Now I premix it and let it cook for a few days before I add it. Never noticed any burn with the bat stuff though.
How much of it did you use per pot? I just got some today (Down To Earth Seabird Guano), dumped half cup top of 10 gallon pots ... little less than a tablespoon per gallon (8 to be exact) Just enough or too much?

I don't remember how much I used, but I didn't use very much. I had mixed it with some other stuff, but pretty sure it was the seabird guano that did it. It just burned some pistils, but the plant recovered.

How far in flower are you? I'm curious how they do, so let me know. I've been careful using it lately.

The clone is about 5-6 weeks into flower. If I had the wherewithal I would've used the guano at week 4. I really didn't expect the clone to make it this far. But it's blossom into something worth finishing. I'll keep an eye on the pistils. thanks.

Cool. Let me know how it goes. My soil was really active too so that makes it available quicker too. Maybe take a pic in a couple days with an update. I'd love to watch the progress.

It's a short bush, nothing I'd post on Instagram about but am happy how it's turning out the same. I thought she was going through some Cal Mag deficiency but after some deeper reading on it, could be Phosphorus. Some leaves are drying to a brown brittle curl. Like they were stuck in a microwave. And right when the pistils are growing crazy.

The sea bird guano worked out great and I did notice (20%) pistils browning but am not sure if it's a coincidence or a reaction to the guano. I'll be using it till I run out of it, so time will tell. I chopped her today

I actually got some High Phos Bat Guano for flower to top dress and use in a compost tea. Stuff has been awesome. Buds are full of flavor. I ordered the Build A Soil No Til Bundle and am going to try it out then start sourcing my own products using the BAS way tweaked to my liking and grow needs. Love Build A Soil but the products get expensive especially with the cost of shipping they have.

Most of the amendments I get from bas have free shipping
Seems like your not a legit grower if your not shopping from BAS... jokes aside, their Craft Blend seems to be a hot seller. I've been using it recently but can't tell if it's helping or not, too soon for me. Grabbed a 4x4 living soil bed from them that I'm dying to use.

Craft blend works great. It was all I was using, until I tried dte rose and flower. I don't like it that much, so switching back to just craft blend.

dr earth flower girl is a cheaper good alternative to dte rose and flower. Amazing results
Hey man its good if u can afford it but if u cant stick with basics gypsum, blood n bone, cow manure, compost, worm casting (hopefully you got a worm and compost setup) and perlite make sure its really got like 30 % or more. Then feed with seaweed i have one that is a probiotic with microbes only 20 bucks a litre. amino acid, fulvic acid is dry and i add to feeds. Buy some soap nuts 15$ for a kg make a tea as in boil water put them in a stocking let them soak for 24 48 hrs then u got sapponins a wetting agent which u add to aloe and its a killer silica foliar, add it to ure feeds. Buy neem seed oil mix it with that u got a great ipm. Take the neem out once u move into flower.

I currently use neem. I use a neem, potassium silicate, and horticulture aloe foliar spray every 2 weeks on the outdoor plants and indoors. The off weeks I use EM-5 for powdery mildew and to get beneficials onto the plant. I also use pure protein dry fish aminos foliar and soil drench for aminos and a small nitrogen boost. Only using a tsp per gallon of water. Been trying out the roots organic uprising line and have been getting very decent results. Very easy top dress schedule, and plants have been nothing but healthy. I decided to try it indoor and it is doing wonderful. I also have 3 15 gallon pots with the clackamas coot recipe of 1 part peat moss, 1 part worm castings/vermicompost, and 1 part aeration (2 to 1 Pumice and Rice Hulls) with the mineral and nutrient recipe he recommends. They are doing amazing. Definitely a big difference in growth rate when the plant has access to everything it needs with a living soil no til setup.
